My latest work is a series called “Animal Thoughts.” The series was inspired by two trips to Africa. Each animal has a unique character – a way of looking that expresses what they might be thinking and through my paintings I try to interpret what I think they might be trying to say to us.

Currently working in acrylics on canvas I have also worked in oils, pastels, etching, photo-silkscreen, and photography. Born in Indiana, I have a BA from Purdue University majoring in Art History with a minor in Fine Art Painting and an MA from San Francisco State University in Theatre Arts.
